In PCM there are limitless personality profile combinations, reflecting the uniqueness of us all. Each PCM Profile summarises a person’s personality structure, and reveals a host of insights into that person – how they communicate, how they are motivated, and what they will do when they’re in distress. PCM offers a range of different Profile Reports with customised information for different needs:

Personal Profile

Understand yourself like never before. The personal profile gives insight into a person’s personality structure. It looks at character strengths, perceptions, preferred interaction and communication styles, environmental preferences, psychological needs, and distress sequences. An action plan is included to help each person understand their needs, and how to meet them, to stay in a positive state of wellbeing.

Leadership Profile

Understand how to use your unique personality to be an agile and effective leader. You will discover your preferred leadership communication style, your signature strengths and motivators, your stress triggers and how to prevent burnout. You’ll understand your decision-making process, and learn how to better connect with all members of your team (yes, even that person).

Recruitment Profile

Understand a candidate’s personality structure, including key characteristics such as character strengths, perceptual preferences and ability to shift to another perception in order to work well in a team, other personality types that they will work well (or not so well) with, what motivates the person both personally and professionally, their psychological needs, and what the person is likely to do when they’re in distress.

Sales Profile

Understand how your unique personality profile determines your sales style. Identify client types that you will be most at ease with, and those that you’ll need to work a little harder to create a good connection. Learn what motivates you in your role, and how to look after your psychological needs so that you’re always ready and able to connect with different types of clients.

Summary Profile

A short 3-page profile that helps you understand a person at-a-glance. Usually included with any other profile as a summary version.
