Background
Airservices is a government owned organisation providing safe, secure, efficient and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. They safely manage 11 per cent of the world’s airspace where there are more than 4 million aircraft movements carrying more than 156 million passengers annually. Working under pressure is a daily ‘normality’.
Training
Initially individual staff members attended KCO’s public PCM seminars. They were so enthusiastic about PCM that specific management teams have been asking us to deliver in-house team development programmes for the past 6 years.
Results
The ongoing PCM training is helping the organisation to improve their corporate culture and to improve managers’ interactions with each other.
