The Swiss Army Knife of training solutions

Give your clients quality of life, at work and at home

Many training programmes, models and profiles are designed to improve one specific aspect (like communication) in one specific environment (like the workplace).

PCM is the opposite. This easy-to-teach, easy-to-learn, easy-to-apply framework has been proven to improve communication, conflict, self-awareness, mental wellbeing, team cohesion, leadership, understandings of motivating factors, as well respect and inclusivity across diverse teams. And it’s flexible enough that it applies in every interaction, regardless of where it takes place: the workplace, the sports field, around the dinner table, or with a complete stranger in the street.

When you deliver PCM training to a group of people, you can be confident that every attendee will get something out of it that will make a meaningful difference in their lives.

It might be an understanding of how to communicate with ‘that person’ better. It could be an awareness that they are experiencing distress, and what they need in order to bring themselves into a state of wellbeing. It may be a better understanding of why another person’s motivating factors seem so different from your own, and an acceptance of that. It could be recognition of why your leadership style isn’t getting the best results out of specific members of your team. Most likely it will be a combination of many aspects, and the quality of their lives will improve both at work and at home, and so will their performance.

In the world of PCM, you’re not just a consultant: you’re a catalyst for positive change.

Kenn Rodriguez, Director of Decision through Holistic Intelligence and PCM Trainer

“I help teams in highly technical companies learn practical skills to build better engagement and communication with their team mates, their clients and leaders.

PCM is integral to this as it addresses all the right elements for building effective teams, including communication, motivation and conflict management.”

Arabella Macpherson, Director of Resonate Communications and PCM Trainer

“For over 16 years I have been consulting to and coaching Fortune 500 companies. I would not have had the career I’ve had, nor been able to help the people I have, without PCM.

The skills have helped me communicate effectively with all levels of senior management and C-Suite. They’ve also allowed me to help them become more influential, motivate those around them and manage tension and conflict quickly and safely. Every interaction is enhanced, every relationship is deepend and every conflict resolved with PCM! To be heard, respected and elevated above your peers, PCM is the set of skills that will set you apart.”

Elizabeth Wood, Director of Clinical Governance at Nelson Marlborough Health and PCM Trainer

“PCM is at the core of all other techniques, tools and methods. They are not in competition, but they make every initiative so much more effective. That’s the real game changer.

Personally, the training and knowledge that PCM brings has been fundamental in enabling me firstly to do my job and secondly to continue my work despite the inevitable ups and downs.

For the wider organisation, the value that this training brings enables a much wider appreciation of diversity, not only of ethnicity and gender but also of specific skills and patterns of behaviour in people.”

The certification journey

To teach PCM, you first have to learn PCM. Then, you have to practice PCM. And finally, you’ll learn to model PCM – and that is where you’ll be able to easily demonstrate the subtleties of different personality types to your audience.

PCM certification training is robust, and at the end of it, you won’t just have learned the model, you will embody the model. You will be able to ‘live’ all aspects of PCM – even the least developed. You won’t just be a PCM certified professional; PCM will be a way of life that you share with others.

PCM accreditation for trainers allows you to master the full range of PCM tools, and offer the full suite of PCM products. We offer a comprehensive range of PCM products, from 4-hour introductions to immersive 3-day courses. All programmes can be delivered in-person or virtually. Additionally, we provide self-paced modules that can serve as pre-course preparation or refreshers during and after your programmes. Each course includes a slide deck, exercises, and facilitator’s guides.
