Training more than 100 doctors and social workers has made a significant impact

Background

Siemens is a global powerhouse positioned along the electrification value chain as well as in the areas of medical imaging and laboratory diagnostics. Siemens has around 350,000 employees in more than 200 countries. Siemens medical services in Germany look after the welfare of 150,000 employees. The 70+ medical doctors and 34 social workers are organised in geographical regions. Each region is managed by a senior doctor. People management in this organisation is both internally and externally relevant.

Training

We implemented PCM with all their medical doctors and social workers, a total of more than 100 managers and staff.

Outcome

The Head of Siemens medical services was so enthusiastic about the model and the programme that she decided to become a Certified PCM Provider herself.
